His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Extend an invitation to Dr. Walid Kassas The President of world and Arab Federations of KOWAT ALRAMI & Self Defence, To attend the General Meeting of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia.

His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the President of Union of Arab National Olympic Committees invited to His Excellency Dr. Walid Kassas President of both the World and Arab KOWAT ALRAMI Sports & self-defence, to attend the General Meeting of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees, which was held at the Conference Palace in Riyadh from 24 up to December 26, 2010. 
 

Dr. Walid Kassas Travel Directly from Jeddah to Riyadh to meet the invitation of His Royal Highness the Prince, and was received in the Hall of Honor for Members of the Royal Protocol, and drove him to the Palace of Congress, Place of Congress as the guest of Saudi Arabia Government.
 

The day before the start of the work of the Assembly, called on His Royal Highness Prince Talal bin Badr Al-Saud, Dr. Kassas and the Presidents of National Olympic Committees to the dinner at his house, and it was a good opportunity to inform them with the benefits of KOWAT ALRAMI Sports, has shown most impressed by this Sport, and has several mostly working on things to facilitate the sport in their countries.
 

The next day, opened the conference under the chairmanship of HRH Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the presence of First Vice President His Royal Highness Prince Nawaf Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Second Vice-Chairman HE Sheikh Saud Al Thani, Chairman of Organizing Committee for the Arab Games in Doha 2011, and a representative of the Arab federation of the Committee Executive of His Royal Highness Prince Talal bin Badr Al-Saud, Secretary General of the Association of National Olympic Committees Arabic His Excellency Othman ElSaad , in addition to members of the Committee including Major General Jebril El Rajoub from Palestine, Dr. Sari Hamdan, From Jordan, and Dr. Walid Kassas in his capacity as president of World & the Arab Federations, and President of the Technical  Council of International University of Martial Arts , and the presence of presidents and Secretaries-General of National Olympic Committees of all Excellencies and former Ministers, a representative for the League of Arab States, and a group of sports Personalities, and the Media. 
 

Application of the program protocol subject to the official opening ceremony and after he had finished His Highness Prince Sultan bin Fahd his Speech of ceremonies on this occasion and Presented by Dr. Walid Kassas to give His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Honorary Certificate Level 5th Fist Degree in KOWAT ALRAMI Sports, adopted within the ranks in the World Federation of KOWAT ALRAMI, which is equivalent degree black belt fifth Dan, and a copy of his Sports Medicine Book Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation, and thanked the Prince to Dr. Kassas to give him the honorary Certificate Degree from the World Federation, which is awarded for the first time. 
 

As presented by Dr. Walid Kassas in that a copy of his Book of Sports Medicine also to His Royal Highness Prince Nawaf Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and thanked him for his on it.

Based on what was announced by Dr. Walid Kassas in his capacity as President of the the Technical  Council of the first International  Martial Arts University, at the conclusion of Twentieth Congress of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees, which was held in the Jordanian capital Amman, under the chairmanship of His Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein, announced honoring H.E. Mr. Osman Saad, Secretary General of the Union of National Olympic Committees awarding an honorary doctorate from the University, in recognition of his outstanding efforts and hard work over forty years, much effort and support of Sports Arab Federations and were to encourage Arab Federation for Sports of KOWAT ALRAMI & Self Defence, grant Dr. Walid retribution on behalf of the University Career Honorary Doctorate of Science in Martial Arts to Mr. Othman Al-Saad, and accompanied him in granting him His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, amid applause from the audience in front of the press and all Media.

Then began the work of the Assembly of the Union of Arab National Olympic committees, and after the completion of the meeting under the chairmanship of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan, and took souvenir pictures and went to call on everyone toof the Palace of Congress, Dr. Walid Kassas seated  on the table for His Royal Highness Lunch. 
And the grace of God Almighty, that the KOWAT ALRAMI Sports began spreading widely among sports officials, and now everyone's heard about it and inquire about their advantages, and when it is the definition for it and its Rules and Regulations, everyone expressed their admiration and desire to support. God Bless ,,,, 

صاحب السمو الملكي الامير سلطان بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود  يوجه دعوة للدكتور وليد قصاص رئيس الاتحادين الدولي والعربي لرياضات قوة الرمي, لحضور إجتماع الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية العربية في الرياض

وجه صاحب السمو الملكي الامير سلطان بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز رئيس إتحاد اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية العربية، دعوة الى سعادة الدكتور وليد قصاص رئيس الاتحادين الدولي والعربي لرياضات قوة الرمي والدفاع عن النفس، لحضور إجتماع الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية العربية الذي إنعقد في قصر المؤتمرات في الرياض من 24 لغاية 26 ديسمبر 2010م.توجه الدكتور وليد قصاص من جده الى الرياض لتلبية دعوة سمو الامير، وكان في إستقباله في قاعة التشريفات ممثلي عن المراسم الملكية، وتوجهوا به الى قصر المؤتمرات مكان إنعقاد الإجتماعات حيث حل ضيفاً على المملكة العربية السعودية.

وقبل يوم من بدء بأعمال الجمعية العمومية، دعى صاحب السمو الملكي الامير طلال بن بدر آل سعود، الدكتور قصاص ورؤساء اللجان الاولمبية الى حفلة عشاء في منزله، وكانت فرصة طيبة لتعريفهم على مزايا رياضات قوة الرمي، وقد أبدى غالبيتهم إعجابهم بهذه الرياضة العربية، وقد وعده غالبيتهم بالعمل على تسهيل أمور هذه الرياضة في بلدانهم.  وفي اليوم التالي إفتتح المؤتمر برئاسة سمو الامير سلطان بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وبحضور نائبه الاول صاحب السمو الملكي الامير نواف الفيصل بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز ونائبه الثاني سعادة الشيخ سعود آل ثاني رئيس اللجنة المنظمة للدورة العربية في الدوحة2011، وممثل عن الاتحادات العربية في اللجنة التنفيذية صاحب السمو الملكي الامير طلال بن بدر آل سعود، وأمين عام اتحاد اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية العربية الاستاذ عثمان السعد، بالاضافة الى أعضاء اللجنة التنفيية ومنهم اللواء جبريل الرجوب من فلسطين، د. ساري حمدان من الأردن، والدكتور وليد قصاص بصفته رئيساً للاتحادين الدولي والعربي لرياضات قوة الرمي، ورئيس المجلس التقني في الجامعة الدولية للفنون القتالية- المملكة المتحدة، وحضور رؤساء وأمناء عامون اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية كافة أصحاب المعالي والسعادة والوزراء السابقون، وممثل عن جامعة الدول العربية، ولفيف من الشخصيات الرياضية والسياسية والاعلامية.  

تطبيقاً للبرنامج البروتوكولي الموضوع لحفل الافتتاح الرسمي وبعد أن أنهى صاحب السمو الامير سلطان بن فهد كلمته أعلن عريف الحفل بهذه المناسبة وتقديم الدكتور وليد قصاص رئيس الاتحادين الدولي والعربي لرياضات قوة الرمي لمنح صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز شهادة القبضة الخامسة الفخرية في رياضات قوة الرمي والمعتمدة ضمن الدرجات في الاتحاد الدولي لقوة الرمي وهي تعادل درجة الحزام الأسود خامس دان، ونسخه من كتابه الطب الرياضي الوقاية والعلاج والتأهيل، وشكر الامير الدكتور وليد قصاص لمنحه هذه الشهادة الفخرية من الاتحاد الدولي والتي تمنح للمرة الأولى.

وكما أهدى الدكتور وليد قصاص في آن نسخة من كتابه الطب الرياضي أيضاً إلى صاحب السمو الملكي الامير نواف الفيصل بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وشكره سموه على ذلك.وبناء على ما أعلنه الدكتور وليد قصاص بصفته رئيساً للمجلس التقني في الجامعة الدولية الأولى للفنون القتالية - المملكة المتحدة، في ختام المؤتمر العشرون لاتحاد اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية العربية الذي إنعقد في العاصمة الأردنية عمان، برئاسة سمو الامير فيصل بن الحسين المعظم، أعلن عن تكريم سعادة الاستاذ عثمان السعد أمين عام إتحاد اللجان الأولمبية الوطنية العربية بمنحه شهادة الدكتوراه الفخرية من الجامعة الدولية، تقديراً لجهوده المميزة وعمله الدؤوب طيلة أربعون عاماً بجهد كبير وبدعم الاتحادات الرياضية العربية ومنهم تشجيع الاتحاد العربي لرياضات قوة الرمي والدفاع عن النفس، منح الدكتور وليد قصاص بإسم الجامعة الدولية شهادة الدكتوراه الفخرية في علوم فنون القتال الى الاستاذ عثمان السعد، ورافقه في منحها له صاحب السمو الملكي الامير سلطان بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز وسط تصفيق حار من الحضور أمام الصحافة والاعلام كافة.

عندها بدأت أعمال الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد اللجان الاولمبية الوطنية العربية، وبعد الانتهاء من الاجتماع برئاسة سمو الأمير سلطان، وأخذت الصور التذكارية وتوجه الجميع الى دعوة الغذاء في قاعة قصر المؤتمرات، وجلس الدكتور وليد قصاص على مائدة سموه لتناول الغذاء.وبفضل من الله سبحانه وتعالى، أن رياضات قوة الرمي بدأت الانتشار بشكل كبير بين المسؤولين الرياضيين، وبات الجميع يسمع عنها ويستفسر عن مزاياها، وعندما يتم التعريف عنها وعن قوانينها وأنظمتها يبدي الجميع عن إعجابهم وعن رغبتهم بدعمها. والله الموفق،،،،
